K. Sharmili has been an expert in manufacturing Spices, Masala Powders, Fruits and Vegetables-based products (like Pickles, Sauces & GGP-Paste), Ready To Eat, Ready To Cook, and Ethnic Snacks since 2004. Her focus is on the HoReCa segment (Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering – B2B marketing), with products made fresh and packed immediately after receiving an order to preserve aroma and taste.

Thanks to the direct-to-customer approach, Vettri Foods offers highly competitive pricing by eliminating intermediaries like super stockists, distributors, and wholesalers — transferring that cost benefit directly to customers.

Head of Operations

With over 29 years of experience in the food processing industry, Mr. Kumaran oversees Business Development, Product Development, Customer Complaint Management, and Export Operations at Vettri Foods.

He also serves as a Senior Lead Auditor across various food sectors. Under his guidance, Vettri Foods strictly adheres to domestic and international quality standards, including WHO-GMP, HACCP, FSMS, FSSAI, AYUSH PREMIUM, and BRC Global Standard for Food Safety.
